Background
I am a forward-looking, open-minded, inclusive Presbyterian Church USA Minister who has also served in UCC & RCA congregations.  I’ve had a varied and exciting career in parish ministry, campus ministry, new church development, and as Presbytery staff.  In recent years I have also been very involved in transitional (interim) ministry, the renewal and revitalization of congregations, Hospice Chaplaincy, event planning, training, and social justice advocacy work.

The theme that runs through all of my ministry experience, however, is a pervasive interest in the reform and transformation of the mainline church, as well as a deep commitment to ecumenical and interfaith engagement.  In our globalized world, interfaith is the new ecumenical.  The paradox is that the more deeply we delve into and explore our own religious tradition, the more open, curious, and accepting we become of those whose religious traditions and experience differ from our own.  I'm convinced that developing our own religious literacy is an important key to bringing about a more peaceful, just, and harmonious world.  Please join me on this great and exciting adventure!
